If you hire us for packing services, and an item is found broken upon unpacking, please report it to us within 14 days. For furniture and large items, any damages must be reported within 14 days of your move. It is essential that someone is present during both the loading and unloading of your belongings. If another moving company is taking over, all damages must be documented before they handle your items, as we cannot be held responsible for their work.
